Reading Time: 1 minute

In four minutes flat, there’s not a lot that you can start-to-finish accomplish. You could brush your teeth twice. If you have been active for awhile, you might be able to knock Fran out of the park. You could vacuum a single room of your residence (not including the baseboards, if you are so inclined). You could prepare eggs, unless you like them hard-boiled. Or, you could launch your very own world-class, professionally-hosted fitness competition.

Throwing a competition can feel daunting, but opening registration doesn’t have to.

If your event is powered by Throwdowns.com, opening registration is as simple as entering a few key pieces of information like the where and when, divisions and caps, and telling us where to send your registration proceeds. Then, hit publish. A member of the Throwdowns.com team will get in touch pronto to confirm that your competition is live and ready for registrations.

You can enter other details – like movement standards, workouts and scoring policies – before you open registration, or you can wait until closer to competition day.

Check out this video to see just how easy it is to set up your competition.

And the end result of the four-minute setup looks like this:

If you have four minutes, you have enough time to launch your competition. Click “Create a Competition” in the upper right hand corner of your screen, and let’s do this!
